**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operational Leadership: Supervise the unit's daily functions, ensuring effective resource utilization and adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to promote professional growth and high performance.

**Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  1. A current RN license in the state of Texas or eligibility to obtain one.

  3. A BSN degree.

Preferred qualifications include advanced education, specialty certifications, and experience in kidney transplant care or abdominal surgery units.
