About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical knowledge of abdominal (kidney) transplant procedures and patient care to fill the position of Education Resource Specialist. As part of our esteemed team, you will develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff, ensuring alignment with current transplant guidelines and best practices.

Your responsibilities will include acting as a clinical resource and mentor, coordinating and delivering patient and family education, analyzing staff performance metrics and patient outcomes, and staying informed on advancements in kidney transplant care. You will also participate in quality assurance initiatives and ensure all educational content meets accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity that requires a strong understanding of kidney transplant care and excellent communication skills. A competitive salary of $125,000 per year, plus benefits, makes this an attractive offer for qualified candidates.
