ABC is in search of a meticulous individual who embodies professionalism, diligence, and accountability. This role requires a willingness to acquire and apply specialized knowledge in pest management to effectively assist our clients.

  • Experience in managing routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines is preferred.
  • Willingness to work indoors and outdoors for extended periods, sometimes in extreme weather conditions.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and be insurable.
  • Availability to work at least one Saturday per month is required.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid driver's license issued at least five years prior to this application.

  • Ability to follow guidelines and procedures established by both ABC and the Texas Department of Agriculture.

Responsibilities:

  • Address customer concerns regarding pest management services and recommend appropriate treatments or solutions as needed.
  • Identify various pests, their sources, and devise solutions to eliminate and maintain a pest-free environment, along with prevention strategies.
  • Apply chemicals and/or mix solutions in various forms and utilize other extermination techniques inside and around structures to eradicate pests.
  • Prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and manage challenging customer interactions while maintaining professionalism.
  • Comply with all requirements set by the TDA licensing authority and participate in continuing education courses provided by ABC.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
