Role Expectations: As a Pest Management Specialist, you will operate primarily independently, utilizing a company-provided vehicle to travel to various client sites. Your responsibilities will include delivering pest control solutions and addressing pest-related concerns for residential, commercial, and multi-family properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel within the designated service area to meet customer needs.
- Utilize a company-issued mobile device for communication.
- Maintain mental alertness and focus during operations.
- Engage in frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching.
- Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds as necessary.
- Climb ladders and work at heights, including roofs.
- Work in various environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
- Handle a range of pest control products, including liquids, baits, aerosols, and traps.
Working Conditions: The role requires a commitment to safety and adherence to industry standards. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to learn technical information related to pest management. A professional demeanor and a clean-cut appearance are essential.
