As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the site Continuous Improvement (CI) program, supporting improvement leaders in driving safety, regulatory compliance, yield/productivity, and improved material flow.

The Impact You Will Make:

  • Lead the site CI program, supporting improvement leaders in driving safety, regulatory compliance, yield/productivity, and improved material flow.
  • Lead improvements as a high-impact individual contributor, modeling and demonstrating winning approaches to deliver significant results.
  • Grow the site CI culture, creating intentional effort around upskilling the organization in improvement techniques and problem-solving approaches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution, AND 7 years of combined continuous improvement experience in Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain.
  • OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution, AND 11 years of combined continuous improvement experience in Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Engineering technical degree
  • Prior Black Belt, Green Belt, and/or Lean certification
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and teaching skills
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience and track record leading and executing OEE, productivity, yield, inventory, backlog, and lead time improvement projects and kaizen events
  • Excellent computer and presentation skills, including Microsoft Office and Minitab

Work Location: Onsite daily (Stafford, CN)

Travel: May include up to 10% travel (domestic)

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
