We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled engineering leader to join our team. As a Director of Engineering Leadership, you will be responsible for leading our engineering team and driving the development of our portfolio companies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of experienced engineers to develop and implement technical strategies for our portfolio companies
  • Collaborate with our investment team to identify and evaluate new investment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the education technology sector
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our portfolio companies

**Requirements:**

  • 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in software development and engineering
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving technical innovation
  • Strong understanding of the education technology sector and its trends and challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts
  • Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally
