Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing services
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Present our staffing services and solutions to clients, highlighting their value and benefits
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM software
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your professional network
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in the job market
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities to the management team
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales of direct hire staffing services
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of both blue-collar and white-collar job markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and market awareness
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Gadsden, AL (Remote optional)
