Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our staffing services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling direct-hire staffing services in both blue-collar and white-collar job markets. As a Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering client relationships, and contributing to our company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing services.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Present our staffing services and solutions to clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM software.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your professional network.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in the job market.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Represent Tillotek Staffing Solutions with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Proven experience in sales of direct hire staffing services.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of both blue-collar and white-collar job markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and market awareness.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
