Job Summary

Technica LLC is seeking a highly skilled Electronic Technician Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on military and commercial electronics and communications equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing components, wiring circuits, and taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and specialized testing systems.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Apply advanced technical knowledge to solve routine problems using technical manuals or similar documents.
  • Quality Control: Check lower-level technicians' work for accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work under close supervision of a supervisor or lead and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Must possess an advanced level of experience troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing equipment such as AN/PVS Night Vision Devices, AN/PYQ-10 Cryptic Transfer Units, AN/UDR-13 Radiac Set, RT-153F Receiver Transmitter Radio, M150 Sight Bore Optics, PAS-13CV2, PVS14 Mono Night Vision, VDR2 Radiac set, Blue Force Tracker, Drivers Vision Enhancer (DVE), Radio Set Vehicular (Harris), SINCGAR Radios, Power Supplies, Thermal Imaging Systems, and Weapon Sights.
  • Documentation Skills: Knowledge in completing necessary documentation such as DA Form 2404, 2407, 2407-1, 5988, 5990, and other Department of the Army or Department of Defense related forms.
  • Logistical Knowledge: Must be proficient with EMS-NG, Army TMs, Federal Logistics Database, the Army Enterprise Portal (AESIP), and other Army logistical programs.
  • Personal Qualities: 18 years of age, valid state driver's license, US Citizen or US permanent resident for more than 3 years to obtain NACI and CAC Card eligibility, able to function with a basic level of English oral and written language skills, and able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Intermediate English Skills: Must be able to function with an intermediate level of English oral and written language skills.
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Capable of using and understanding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Flexibility: Able to work past normal hours as mission dictates.
