Job Overview

Technica LLC is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Maintenance Supervisor. This position is integral to overseeing maintenance operations on military vehicles and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise maintenance activities on U.S. military vehicles, including but not limited to tactical and combat equipment.
  • Generate and manage maintenance reports utilizing the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army).
  • Ensure compliance with Technical Manuals for equipment inspection, servicing, and repairs.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on maintenance issues, assessing reparability based on established guidelines.
  • Identify training needs and provide instruction to personnel on diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Conduct follow-ups on repair parts and materials to ensure timely receipt.
  • Enforce safety and environmental standards during maintenance operations.
  • Manage employee performance through reviews and disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Oversee the approval of employee timesheets and assist in the recruitment process.
  • Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures among all team members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing Fleet Maintenance Operations, specifically within military contexts.
  • Hands-on experience with GCSS-Army is required, along with a strong understanding of its daily operations.
  • Proficient in AESIP and Logistics Data Analysis Center (LDAC) applications.
  • Familiarity with necessary documentation for maintenance operations.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical abilities for data extraction and analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Collaborative approach to teamwork and cooperation.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Maintenance System - Next Generation (EMS-NG).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident for eligibility purposes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid state driver's license.
  • Proficiency in English is necessary.
  • Ability to maintain physical stamina for the role.
