Job Title: Client Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of our Web3 platform into customers' existing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our C-suite team members to interface with valued customers
  • Collaborate on pre-sales/pre-contracting engagements, including scoping and forecasting customer needs, presenting software demos, and defining solution and project design
  • Participate in technical and commercial team product planning and roadmapping
  • Identify and drive solutions for user challenges from product strategy ideation to execution
  • Engage in day-to-day customer engagement operations and be the 'go-to' person for customer perspectives within multiple teams
  • Support multiple customer implementations or integrations effectively, including defining product strategy and constraints, guiding the technical team, and managing customer expectations
Requirements:
  • Ideal candidate has a degree in engineering (software, mechanical, electrical, or other)
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role in technology consulting or related fields
  • Experience working with multiple senior stakeholders, including technical and commercial business functions
  • Consistent track record of excellent client service and 'on-time' delivery
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and be flexible across different time zones
  • Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret Level)
