About This Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the Johns Hopkins Medicine team as a Medical Oncology Infusion Clinical Coordinator. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading the coordination of clinical activities in the Oncology Infusion Center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nurses.
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting.
  • Baccalaureate Degree in nursing required or actively pursuing degree upon hire.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Oncology Certification (ONS).

Compensation

Salary Range: Minimum $52.72 per hour - Maximum $81.72 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
