Customer Experience Manager

Brightspeed is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, with experience in managing complex customer relationships and driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer experience strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage complex customer relationships and develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer experience and revenue growth
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong background in managing complex customer relationships
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
