Job Overview

Brightspeed is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer experience strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage complex customer relationships and develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer experience and revenue growth
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong background in managing complex customer relationships
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
