Customer Experience Manager

Role Summary
As a Customer Experience Lead at Victoria's Secret, you will drive and grow top-line sales by selling, leading the sales floor, and coaching associates in the moment. You will be responsible for managing labor hours within the store to drive top-line sales and profit. Additionally, you will own the overall appearance and presentation of the brand by maintaining visual merchandising standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of required actions of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the sales floor to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Coach associates to improve sales skills and customer service
• Manage labor hours to optimize sales and profit
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an engaging customer experience
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to execute brand strategies
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop associates. They will also have a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and the ability to maintain high standards. Additionally, they will be able to manage labor hours to optimize sales and profit.
