- Handle incoming support requests, working with the team to prioritize and assign tickets.
- Assist in organizing and planning development sprints and release cycles.
- Manage the backlog of tickets, balancing priorities between bug fixes and feature development.
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with team members and external vendors.
- Attend planning, status, and retrospective meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation to support ongoing development efforts.
- Support QA and testing phases, ensuring quality standards are met before releases.
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Track and report on development progress, offering estimates on the completion of current and upcoming work.
- Proven experience in gathering software requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
- Strong ability to write clear and concise functional and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing, including creating test plans and test cases.
- Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.
- Competence in inspecting and analyzing web browser source code.
- Excellent writing skills for technical documentation and communication with business users.
- Ability to lead meetings, coordinate deliverables, and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with customers and development teams.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and administrative skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve business problems efficiently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration.
