Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Planning: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for projects, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Project Coordination: Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including financial reports, project schedules, and meeting minutes.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the development of project proposals, including financial analysis, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
  • Business Development: Support business development efforts by providing financial analysis and market research to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate degree in finance, business, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management software.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
