Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including reactors, storage tanks, pumps, and PLC systems.
  • Raw Material Handling: Unload and store raw materials, including bulk raw materials and intermediates, from trucks and railcars.
  • Batch Processing: Load raw materials into reactors, perform mixing and processing operations, and package finished products.
  • Quality Control: Conduct sampling and analysis of raw materials and finished products to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.
  • Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company housekeeping standards and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a batch process operator in a chemical or similar field.
  • Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems, Outlook, Excel, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk between departments, use stairs and climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs manually and unassisted.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work a Dupont schedule, which includes 12-hour rotating day and night shifts, alternating 3 days one week and 4 days the next week. Workdays are interspersed with one to seven consecutive days off.

We offer a competitive salary range of $20.50 - $24.50 per hour and opportunities for professional growth and development.
