Job Title: Centrifuge Operator/TechnicianJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Centrifuge Operator/Technician to join our team at Separation And Recovery Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our SAREX MX1500 Three Phase Solid Bowl Decanter Centrifuge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily maintenance and repair of centrifuge equipment
  • Adjust feed rate, bowl speed, and differential scroll speed as needed
  • Monitor flow rates and sampling of sludge feed, water, oil product, and wet cake solids
  • Adjust emulsion breaker and polymer dosing as required
  • Perform instrument maintenance and gauge frac tank and process tank levels
  • Manage frac tank operations and dissolved air flotation (DAF) processes
  • Participate in site cleanup and support activities
Requirements:
  • 2-year technical AA degree or equivalent experience
  • Industrial work experience
  • 40-hour Haz Mat training provided
Preferred Skills:
  • Mechanical maintenance experience
  • N2 water treatment license
  • Black Seal Boiler operations license
  • Class B CDL license
