Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join our team. This role involves the assembly of various components into finished products, which may include mechanical and electrical elements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and follow blueprints and assembly instructions to ensure accurate production.
  • Conduct quality inspections on assembled products to maintain high standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment and keep the workspace organized and clean.

Requirements:
Candidates must possess their own tools necessary for assembly tasks. Proficiency in operating assembly machinery, including rivet machines and power tools, is essential. Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly, along with the ability to stand, sit, bend, and push as needed, is required.

Work Schedule:
Full-time positions are available with various shift options, including 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, and occasional weekend work as necessary.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $19.00, with opportunities for overtime and a signing bonus for new hires.
