Job Title: Household Organization Specialist

Estimated Salary: $16-$22 per hour based on local market rates and relevant experience.

Job Description:
Caring Transitions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Household Organization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, organizing, and preparing client household items for various transitions. Your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and sort client household items according to their preferences and needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations
  • Prepare client household items for staging, liquidation, donation, and resettlement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent training, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, outstanding customer service skills, and a professional attitude and demeanor. Experience in general labor or warehouse settings is helpful. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
