Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Therapy team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. As part of our combined system, you will be empowered to make a greater impact on the health and well-being of our communities.

Job Summary

This role involves providing evidence-based, one-on-one care to patients with general orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and post-operative conditions. You will participate in our Acute Spine and Joint clinic alongside Physiatry and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition and goals.

Additionally, you will engage in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with various musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  3. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
  4. Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy with a 6-month clinical internship.
  • Current Washington State Physical Therapist License.
  • CPR Certification.
Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
