Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Balance Epigenetic Orthodontics. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will be responsible for assisting with patient care and coordination in a dynamic and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient care and coordination under the supervision of our experienced clinicians.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients and families to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction and well-being.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and 401(k) matching.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
