Scheels Asset Protection Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Asset Protection Associate to join our team at Scheels. This role is responsible for reducing and deterring internal loss through various means, including floor surveillance, monitoring closed-circuit camera systems, and auditing exception reports.

As an Asset Protection Officer, you will identify and apprehend external subjects for theft when all Scheels 5 Imperatives have been met. You will also conduct non-confrontation interviews with external or internal patrons of Scheels.

What You Will Do:
