Logistics Project Manager

Elite Austin is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Project Manager to lead our Logistics Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing route operations, managing a dynamic crew, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage route operations, including scheduling, planning, and execution
- Lead a team of 4-6 crew members, providing guidance, training, and support
- Ensure quality control and property protection procedures are followed
- Provide dispatch-style support, updating the crew with new information and tackling challenges as they arise
- Schedule repairs and preventative services for our fleet of company-owned trucks
Requirements:
- Superb interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to connect with co-workers across all departments
- Prior leadership experience, with a willingness to give constructive feedback
- Ability to lift and carry furniture weighing up to 75 pounds
- Experience in furniture assembly and repair, with comfort using tools
- Ability to stand, move, bend, and carry for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a love of offering solutions to challenges
- Attention to detail, with organizational skills that are your jam
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks like a pro
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong integrity, accountability, and a self-motivated mindset
- Clean driving record
