Job Overview

Made In Cookware is seeking a highly skilled Director, Outbound Supply Chain to lead strategic initiatives across our fulfillment and logistics processes. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Planning to drive operational excellence and improve costs while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a highly-analytical supply chain role, with a proven track record of leading and coaching teams to drive operational efficiencies in an agile environment. They will be responsible for developing and executing a long-term vision for outbound logistics and fulfillment, ensuring scalability for global expansion and supporting ongoing business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a long-term vision for outbound logistics and fulfillment
  • Drive strategies to minimize outbound costs while maintaining premium service levels and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee relationships with domestic and international 3PLs, freight vendors, and packaging suppliers
  • Leverage data to track key metrics and develop tools to monitor KPIs
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of process improvements
  • Partner with leaders in Finance, Sales, and Marketing to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals
  • Build and mentor a team to support Made In's continued growth

Requirements:

  • Years of experience in a highly-analytical supply chain role, with at least 3 years in a people management role
  • Deep expertise in vendor/partner management, including negotiating contracts and conducting RFPs
  • Experience in scaling an international fulfillment operation
  • Excellent project management skills, able to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel and SQL
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership teams
