Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a skilled Production Artist to enhance our growing team. This role involves the precise manipulation of typography and existing creative assets to ensure accurate application of payout information on gaming tickets, flares, and seals. The selected candidate will also be tasked with the meticulous preparation of artwork for Pre-Press and Manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. This position is based at our corporate headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare artwork from the Creative department for manufacturing, ensuring accurate data application and creating various file formats as required.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to optimize and deliver precise files for effective manufacturing.
  • Receive training on the submission processes for our games to state regulators.
  • Contribute as a team player, presenting ideas for review and accepting direction from the Creative Director, while being open to revisions and feedback.
  • Support and collaborate with team members and leadership across the organization.
  • Maintain organization in work and approach, managing tasks effectively in a high-volume production environment.
  • Exhibit a goal-oriented mindset, demonstrating self-motivation to complete assignments punctually.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or a graduate of an art institute is required.
  • 1-5 years of experience in commercial printing is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills on Mac OS, particularly with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and InDesign) and font management software are essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Capable of working collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently, producing a high volume of quality artwork.
  • A passion for learning and the ability to absorb industry-specific knowledge for practical application in daily tasks.
