Role Summary:
The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. This position is responsible for leading a production team consisting of sign makers, installers, and printer operators. The Supervisor will coordinate the production and assembly of various sign and graphic products tailored for diverse business and personal needs. Collaboration with the Sales and Graphics teams is essential to ensure seamless production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely production of signage
  • Utilize various tools to cut printed graphics
  • Print on a range of substrates
  • Perform or schedule printer maintenance
  • Manage inventory levels
  • Supervise and guide production staff
  • Assist with installation tasks
  • Utilize ladders or mechanical lift systems as needed
  • Participate in management meetings
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on all printers in the facility
  • Oversee workflow management
  • Maintain cleanliness of the production area
  • Schedule maintenance for company vehicles
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods (6 to 8 hours)
  • Regularly lift up to 25 lbs
  • Basic design experience is preferred
  • Experience in production or manufacturing is preferred
  • Familiarity with Wide Format Digital Print Production is preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
