Job Overview

Perini Management Services Inc. is in search of a Project Engineer to enhance our engineering team.


Position Summary:

As a Project Engineer at Perini Management Services, you will play a crucial role in:


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that engineering activities align with company standards and contractual obligations while supporting the overall project timeline.
  • Assisting in the planning and coordination throughout all construction phases, including pre-construction, execution, and project closeout.
  • Collaborating with the project designer during the design phase of design/build projects, including reviewing draft design documents before client submission.
  • Providing technical assistance for construction initiatives, which includes participating in planning, interpreting designs, applying construction techniques, resolving design conflicts, conducting constructability reviews, and reviewing product data submissions.
  • Developing and managing project engineering procedures and related documentation.
  • Representing the company and project in meetings with architects, engineers, clients, and project management teams.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 0+ years of experience in engineering or construction.
  • No postgraduate experience is necessary.
  • Relevant internship experience is preferred.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop essential skills for a career in construction management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and/or Procore is advantageous.
  • Training will be provided to support professional growth in this role.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate for project assignments.
  • Ability to obtain an Employer-Sponsored U.S. Government Security Clearance.
