Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Manager to join our team at The Judge Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs that ensure compliance with industry regulations and foster a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee environmental and occupational health and safety programs
Conduct accident investigations and reporting
Manage company safety program compliance, including audits, scorecards, PWMs, safety training, and driver training
Coordinate medical interventions and track safety initiatives from a financial perspective
Build strong relationships to foster a culture of openness, trust, and collaboration
Improve safety policies and procedures to enhance workplace safety and efficiency

Requirements:
High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
6+ years of occupational safety and health management experience
2+ years of experience as a Safety Manager or Safety Supervisor
Risk-based experience and incident investigation expertise
Distribution or transportation industry experience
OSHA and EPA Compliance experience
Fleet Safety/DOT Compliance experience
Experience with Smith System a plus
Certifications a plus (CSP, ARM, etc.)
Ability to travel within the local market
Active driver's license (CDL a big plus)
