This role plays a critical part in our mission by ensuring that patients receive the necessary insurance pre-certification for their scheduled surgeries, procedures, and diagnostic appointments.

The Insurance Verification Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Verifying patient eligibility and benefits with insurance companies
  • Obtaining referrals and pre-determination requirements
  • Updating insurance information to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement
  • Communicating with patients, physicians, and insurance companies to resolve any issues
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless patient care

This is a remote position with required on-site training. Weekday availability 8:30am-5pm is a must.
