We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team at Tetra Tech in Maitland, Florida. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of high-quality proposals to municipal & state government business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the development and delivery of high-quality responses to municipal & state government business opportunities.
- Lead and analyze RFI, RFQ, RFPs and other bid documents for requirements in a quick and efficient manner.
- Develop and manage the proposal schedule, outline, and Proposal Development Plan.
- Bachelor's degree in business or communications field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 years marketing or proposal development experience in a professional services firm.
- Ability to use standard English writing styles to write proposal sections.
Tetra Tech offers a competitive salary of $95,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. We also offer opportunities for career growth and professional development.
