This role is pivotal in our operations, focusing on effective communication with both internal teams and external clients to identify equipment concerns and provide timely updates on repair progress.

The responsibilities of the Heavy Equipment Service Consultant include:

  • Initiating and finalizing work orders promptly and accurately.
  • Gathering detailed information on customer inquiries and issues to ensure clarity for technicians and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Acting as the primary contact for customers through various communication channels.
  • Estimating repair costs and providing transparent information to clients.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a service-oriented role.
  • Familiarity with heavy machinery operations is advantageous.
  • The ability to interpret safety guidelines, maintenance instructions, and procedural documents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of addressing groups effectively.
  • Mathematical proficiency to handle calculations related to repairs and estimates.
  • Common sense and problem-solving abilities to follow instructions in various formats.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • The capability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
