Heavy Equipment Technician

At All Roads, we are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic/Tech to join our team. As a key member of our shop, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Vermeer machinery and components. If you have a passion for heavy equipment and a knack for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer Equipment as directed by the branch service manager.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and suggest appropriate repairs to the service manager.
- Ability to weld effectively and maintain accurate records of all repairs performed.
- Communicate with the factory for technical assistance and complete estimates for repair costs within work orders.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 50 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 50 lbs.
