At BNY Mellon, we're seeking a talented individual to join our Private Equity team as a Fund Accounting Analyst. This role is located in Lake Mary and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

In this position, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce audit and financial exposure, while also collaborating with client staff to exchange information on cash, accounting, and reporting of daily and monthly client activities.

You'll be responsible for reviewing data and resolving escalated problems that may arise during the normal daily, weekly or monthly accounting and reporting. Additionally, you'll lead day-to-day accounting and net asset value (NAV) production functions, including NAV construction & validation, NAV review, dissemination and reporting activities for funds.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of years of total experience. Prior financial services experience is preferred, as is prior hedge/private equity experience.
