**Animal Welfare and Health Professional Needed**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Animal Welfare and Health Specialist to join our team at Resiliency. As a senior veterinary professional, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing protocols that affect thousands of animals annually.
Some of your key responsibilities will include directing a comprehensive shelter health program, performing high-volume spay/neuter surgeries and complex medical procedures, and working closely with local universities to advance shelter medicine practices.
The estimated salary for this role is $147,177.39, based on industry standards and the location of Nashville-Davidson County. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary, comprehensive healthcare benefits, secure retirement, and employee assistance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
