Role Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a full-time Production Analyst who will play a pivotal role in capturing and producing engaging visual content that resonates with our audience across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller with a strong attention to detail, proficient technical abilities, and a passion for creating captivating videos and imagery. This role may involve frequent travel, including international assignments.

Key Duties:

  • Produce and edit high-quality video and photographic content that effectively communicates the objectives of our clients.
  • Develop both short and long-form video projects tailored for social media and other platforms.
  • Organize and compile footage, integrating graphics, sound effects, and audio enhancements to elevate the overall production quality.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining efficiency.
  • Keep organized records and maintain clear documentation for all projects.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of three years of experience in videography, photography, and editing. A degree in film production or a related field is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of remote post-production workflows and media management.
  • Experience in editing fast-paced social media content as well as longer narrative-driven pieces using Premiere Pro.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to operate independently in dynamic shooting environments.
  • Strong grasp of visual composition, lighting techniques, and storytelling through imagery.
  • Extensive knowledge of camera technology and equipment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate well with diverse individuals.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of projects is essential.
  • Capability to establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • A valid passport with at least six months of validity is required.
  • Possession of a DoD Secret clearance is mandatory.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including federal background checks.
  • Compliance with company policies regarding substance use.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Work Environment:

This position will primarily operate in a collaborative environment, focusing on delivering high-quality visual content.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000

Versar, Inc. provides this compensation range based on the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, as well as internal equity considerations. The company reserves the right to adjust compensation based on various factors.
