The Sales Development Representative will be the first point of connection for our small business clients, identifying opportunities to elevate and transform their outreach strategies. Through hands-on training and coaching, our SDRs grow into Account Executives and develop a structured, intuitive career path for employees to advance through our organization.

A Day in the Life of a Levitate SDR

  • Focus on outbound prospecting small businesses across the U.S. with provided leads
  • Book demos for Senior Account Executives and ramp up to 3 demos/day with training
  • Receive 1:1 coaching from managers to improve through call reviews, role-playing, and more
  • Confirm prospects' attendance at scheduled demos
  • Drive strategic, top-of-the-funnel lead generation through targeted cold-calling
  • Update activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM with strong organizational skills

Requirements

  • Previous cold calling experience a plus, but not required
  • Strong desire to succeed and build a career in sales
  • Ability to self-motivate and succeed in a fast-paced role
  • Willingness to ask for help and openness to being coached
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
