Job Summary:

The LPN will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including administering medications, conducting wellness visits, and monitoring vital signs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the attending physician
  • Conduct monthly wellness visits for all residents
  • Monitor and document vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Assist with resident evaluations and data gathering
  • Participate in quality assurance meetings and clinical meetings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and community team to promote infection control standards
Qualifications:
