MILLENNIUMSOFT is seeking a skilled Document Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to regulations, internal and external policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process requested changes and updates to controlled documentation and supporting systems.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain controlled documentation and supporting systems.
- Work with various document types, including operating procedures, work instructions, forms, and other types.
- Create hyperlinks and ensure formatting is correct.
- Verify that all fields are accurate and complete.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in a regulated environment, such as FDA, ISO, etc.
- Medical Device Industry experience a plus.
Working Conditions:
This is a 12-month contract position with a 40-hour workweek. The work schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
