Job Summary: New England Life Care is seeking a highly skilled Trainer to join our team. As a Full-Time Intake Educator/Trainer, you will be responsible for educating new hires on the roles and responsibilities of the Intake, Insurance Verification, and Medical Records Department. This includes processing new and existing referrals, verifying insurance, and ensuring current knowledge of EMR and Referral Management System. You will also assist the manager with the onboarding of new hires, develop a training schedule, and conduct biannual audits of new employee performance. We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 403(b) savings program, company-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, and paid time off. Requirements:
  • An associate's degree in business administration or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare provider's business office setting
