Job Description

HARBAR seeks an experienced Dough Mixer Specialist to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving immediate and short-term objectives such as efficiencies, quality, waste, yield, and safety.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effective operation of mixing equipment to produce high-quality dough.
  • Identify areas for improvement and participate in initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by sanitizing equipment and adhering to 5S standards.
  • Supply production lines with dough at the correct timing to prevent no-dough situations.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in dough mixing or a related field.
  • HACCP training and bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and math skills.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
