Job Title: Content Strategist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Strategist to join our marketing department at House-Hasson Hardware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing content strategies that align with our business goals, enhance our brand visibility, and engage our target audience.
The Content Strategist will collaborate with various teams to create compelling content that drives customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and brand voice.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, newsletters, videos, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure content is consistent, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and product launches.
- Optimize content for search engines to increase organic traffic.
- Use analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content that aligns with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain a strong understanding of House-Hasson Hardware's brand voice and ensure all content is aligned with our brand values and messaging.
- Conduct audience research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of our target customers.
- Regularly conduct content audits to assess the effectiveness of existing content and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on content best practices, brand voice, and storytelling techniques.
Requirements:
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as HubSpot, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
