We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Development to join our Asia Pacific Division team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to secure funding for our conservation efforts in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of 40-75 donors, including high-net-worth individuals and private foundations, to secure funding for our conservation efforts.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to cultivate and steward relationships with donors, including annual giving, major gifts, and planned giving.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including corporate partnerships and foundation grants.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and community leaders.
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, including direct asks, solicitations, and stewardship.
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of securing major gifts, including seven-figure gifts.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, private foundations, and corporate partners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in an Asian language is highly desirable.
