Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving, inspecting, and stocking inbound products
  • Receiving returns, counting, and confirming quantities, determining condition, and completing paperwork
  • Arranging for pick-up of shipments, contacting delivery drivers, and coordinating schedules
  • Communicating effectively with other departments in the company
  • Responding quickly to customer inquiries, resolving problems, and communicating service issues to supervisors
  • Encouraging safe work practices in others
  • Arranging daily cycle counts and following up on variances
  • Providing weekly report updates
  • Performing other duties as assigned to the position

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or international equivalent
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred, but not required
  • Moderate computer skills, with the ability to assist in report data collection
  • Strong responsibility, follow-through, and good communication skills
