Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to patients and visitors by greeting them, assisting with check-in procedures, and offering general information. You will play a vital role in cultivating a welcoming and supportive environment that prioritizes patient comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet patients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
  • Answer inquiries promptly and efficiently, directing them to the appropriate resources or personnel.
  • Optimize patient satisfaction by acknowledging their arrival, keeping appointments on schedule, and addressing any concerns.
  • Provide comfort and reassurance to patients, anticipating their needs and answering questions in a clear and compassionate manner.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality by handling personal and financial information with discretion.
  • Process patient payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment by assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the position.
