IMG Academy offers a variety of developmental opportunities for student-athletes through:

  • Residential programs and camps at our advanced facility.
  • Online coaching through the IMG Academy+ platform, focusing on personal growth through sports.
  • College recruitment assistance via the NCSA network, connecting athletes with a vast array of college coaches.

Position Overview

The Camp Sales Specialist will play a vital role in fostering relationships with potential clients and promoting the diverse camp offerings available at IMG Academy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential camp participants through proactive outreach methods, including daily communication strategies.
  • Focus on leads that have shown interest in IMG Academy's programs.
  • Utilize provided lead lists, primarily consisting of individuals who have opted-in for information through third-party platforms.
  • Exhibit strong sales techniques and comprehensive knowledge of camp offerings.
  • Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline, tracking prospective and enrolled participants.
  • Effectively utilize CRM software to manage sales activities and document customer interactions.
  • Educate potential clients on the features and advantages of various camp programs.
  • Host campus visits for prospective clients to showcase our camp offerings.
  • Support colleagues by conducting tours and assisting with client interactions as needed.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of IMG Academy's facilities and programs.
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet personal and organizational objectives while collaborating with team members.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and offer support to peers.
  • Maintain close communication with relevant departments to ensure seamless client transitions.
  • Adhere to all company policies and ethical standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Preferred educational background in Marketing, Sports Management, or related fields.
  • 0-1 years of relevant sales experience is advantageous.
  • General understanding of sports and athletics.
  • Experience in high-volume outreach and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential. Candidates will undergo a background check and drug screening upon offer.
