The Retail Associate - Campus Store, Part-Time is responsible for delivering exceptional service and sales while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome all customers, process transactions accurately, provide correct change, and package merchandise.
  • Uphold floor standards, customer service expectations, and employ effective selling techniques.
  • Support the execution of merchandising strategies to enhance sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of floor standards, visual merchandising, customer service protocols, and sales methodologies.
  • Deliver outstanding service aligned with the organization's core service principles and brand identity.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized sales area, restocking inventory as necessary.
  • Adhere to cash handling protocols, including cash counting, processing checks, and completing settlement documentation.
  • Recommend items and quantities for replenishment.
  • Assist with inventory management and product receipt.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum of one year of experience in retail cash handling.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with business contacts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate with team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual capabilities.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Ability to lift, move, push, and pull items exceeding 40 lbs.
  • Capable of working in outdoor conditions for reasonable durations.
  • Must navigate various campus locations, including gyms, fields, and turf areas.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Background Requirements:
