Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate on the design and development of performance management processes, including coaching and guiding team members and managers to enable effective utilization.
  • Support the processes through troubleshooting, training, and developing other tools.
  • Deliver orientation, onboarding guidance, and other development support to managers and their teams.
  • Analyze performance and talent processes and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and informed decisions to improve effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in performance management, talent management, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in HR software, performance management tools, and talent analytics platforms.
