About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP, Corporate Legal to join our team at Adobe. As a key member of our Legal, Security, and Policy (LSP) team, you will play a critical role in advising our executive team and Board of Directors on all aspects of corporate legal needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead all aspects of corporate legal needs, including mergers and acquisitions, public company securities disclosure and reporting, corporate governance, and insider trading compliance.
  • Provide legal support for executive compensation, real estate, tax, aviation, and general corporate counseling.
  • Lead a team dedicated to supporting Adobe's rapidly changing business needs and ensuring compliance with evolving laws and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement solutions to help Adobe meet its business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • JD from a leading law school/university and at least 12 years of relevant experience at a top law firm or in-house legal department, specifically in federal securities law and corporate governance.
  • Superior relationship management skills with the ability to develop partnerships and relationships throughout the organization and with key external collaborators.
  • Strategic problem-solver with excellent legal and business judgment, impeccable integrity, and a strong moral compass.
  • Collaborative leader who empowers their team, influences and adjusts style to drive strong performance across the matrix, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $229,400 -- $471,500 annually.
