Lead Store Supervisor

Pilot Company is a leading network of travel centers with a strong commitment to customer service. We are seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise employees and ensure excellent customer service
- Assist managers with tasks to maintain a well-maintained store
- Be knowledgeable of store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail operations
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
- Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels of employees, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
